Location: Euston, London (Hybrid – minimum 2–3 days in-office)
Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
– Alternative Saturdays, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Salary: Competitive £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Entitled annual leave: 20-22 days (to be discussed)
Reports to: Lettings Manager / Director

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Assistant Letting Manager to support our
growing team. You’ll be directly involved in letting properties, helping ensure smooth dayto-
day operations, conducting viewings and inspections.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, highly organised, and fluent in English and
Cantonese. Mandarin-speaking ability is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
• – Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• – Carry out routine property inspections and assist with check-ins/check-outs
• – Support the lettings process: references, tenancy paperwork, move-in coordination
• – Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• – Compliance checks for business internally, and for landlord clients
• – Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues
• – Assist with marketing, uploading listings, and preparing descriptions/photos
• – Provide general support across the office and step in where needed
• – Work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team
• – Business development

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• – Experience in lettings, estate agency, or property-related customer service
• – Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
• – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• – Organised, reliable, and confident working independently or in a team
• – Willing and able to work alternative Saturdays
• – Be flexible to work beyond normal working hours if urgently required
• – Friendly, professional manner with a “can-do” attitude
• – Fast learner
• – Strong social skills
• – IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, AI-related software)
Desirable:
• – Ability to communicate with Mandarin
• – Familiarity with the London residential lettings market
• – Experience using property management software
• – Knowledge of basic lettings compliance and tenancy processes
